AIG International Services

Most plans include comprehensive travel assistance while traveling and serving overseas. By simply calling the telephone number provided, the 24 hour service will assist you by providing medical assistance, emergency medical evacuation, repatriation, family coordination and/or legal assistance.

It is recommended that you contact AIG International Services (formerly AIG Assist) for any medical emergency so you can be pre-approved for medically necessary travel expenses. To help AIG International Services (formerly AIG Assist) serve you quickly and efficiently, be sure to identify your group name and identification number, if available. The completion of a specific claim form may be required in some instances.

Please refer to your coverage summary for details and specifics of coverage. An AIG International Services I.D. Card can be obtained from your program administrator. If you are set up for on-line enrollments, you may obtain your identification number from your summary page.
