PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR OUR VALUED CLIENTS
Gallagher Charitable International Insurance Services extends our thanks to our valued clients for the support you have given us since 1980. In an effort to better serve you and keep the cost of our services down, we would like to take this opportunity to describe the various payment methods available to you.
We accept the following as payments for our services, either directly from you or by a third party you have designated to pay on your behalf. Additional fees may apply to certain transactions.
CASH
While this is not recommended we do receive and accept cash. If you choose to send cash, please be aware of the risk of theft before the mail reaches us.
CHECK
This is our preferred method of payment, as our processing systems are set up to accommodate checks. Simply attach your check to a copy of the enrollment and mail it in to us.
Checks may be personal or from your organization. While the preference is in US Dollars, we do accept checks drawn in any foreign currency that is negotiable at a US bank.
Rarely are additional charges applied, but we reserve the right to assess a $20.00 charge for each returned check, or the applicable discount charged us for the exchange of a foreign currency check.
