PAYMENT OPTIONS
Adams & Associates International® extends our thanks to our valued clients for the support you have given us since 1980. In an effort to better serve you and keep the cost of our services down, we now accommodate several payment methods, either directly from you or by a third party you have designated to pay on your behalf.
Cash
While paying cash is not recommended, we do receive and accept it. If you choose to send cash, please consider the risk of theft, loss, or damage to your package before we receive it.
Check
This is our preferred method of payment, as our processing systems are set up to accommodate checks. Simply attach your check to a copy of the enrollment and mail it in to us.
Checks may be personal or from your organization. While the preference is in U.S. Dollars, we do accept checks drawn in any foreign currency that is negotiable at a U.S. bank. Rarely are additional charges applied, but we reserve the right to charge a $20.00 fee for a returned check or the discount charged us for the exchange of a foreign currency check.
Electronic Check
We accept payment by bank draft, which is done by faxing a copy of your check with your enrollment or completing the e-check payment section on the web site when enrolling on-line. We use CheckWritertm to process your e-check. There are no fees associated with this method of payment.
Credit Cards
We accept VISA, American Express, and MasterCard. A&AI may charge a handling fee of
up to 3% for the use of credit cards. This may be applied to the amount of your premium payment.
