Volunteer Travel Insurance
Programs for those Volunteering to Serve outside of the USA.  Most are designed when the Volunteer has USA medical Coverage in effect at the time of travel. All coverages are set up on a per diem basis. Perils such as Terrorism & War risk are provided on a worldwide basis. Emergency Services & Evacuation coverage, with no regard to one’s pre-existing conditions, is a part of this program. Variations in coverage can be arranged depending on need.

Enrollments can be made via the A&AI Web Site with immediate confirmations and ID cards.

There are NO Country restrictions for travel anywhere in the World

USA Volunteer Travel Insurance
A travel insurance program is available for those that are serving the needs in the USA on a per diem basis.  It is a limited Accident Only Death and Medical coverage that is excess of any other personal insurance in effect for the Volunteer.

Short-Term Medical Insurance
Coverage available for those that need HIGHER medical limits, especially if there is not a USA policy to come back to. Coverage is arranged for only the days outside of the USA.

Medical Professional Liability Coverage
As many USA based medical malpractice insurance only applies in the USA, coverage can be arranged, on a per diem basis, for Medical Professionals who are Volunteering OUTSIDE of the USA.

Crisis Management Services – Red 24
These services provide Crisis Management of hostile situations. This includes everything from daily e-mail alerts, up to and including pre-arranged crisis management intervention and assistance services.

Personal Property Coverage
Personal Property coverage can be arranged for those traveling or assigned outside of the USA.

Long Term Medical Insurance
Coverage can be arranged for individuals and family for the time they are Serving outside of the USA. After the coverage is underwritten and placed in effect, it is usually worldwide in scope including any furlough time spent in the USA.

Individual Life Insurance
Term Life insurance is available for those serving on a permanent basis outside of the USA.

Group Medical Coverage
Group Major Medical Coverages can be arranged as needed. Coverage options including Dental, Life Insurance and Emergency Services & Evacuation coverage are available.

Group Self-Funded Medical Programs
The administration and applicable insurance can be professionally managed and arranged for groups who self-fund their medical or benefits coverage.

Group Medical Claim Audit Review
Services are available to review the medical changes made for groups that self-fund their medical programs. A&AI does not have to have arranged the groups medical coverage.

Rx – Points of Care Program
Prescription Services and related benefits for Groups Serving Outside of the USA. These services can be a stand-alone option as part of a current medical program.

Expatriate Prescription Services
In circumstances with unusual or high cost Rx situations, services may be available for lower cost prescriptions for those serving outside the USA.

Group Personal Property Coverage
Coverage can be arranged on for Groups that have individuals and families serving outside the USA. Transit coverage is available. Optional additional coverage for those that may need it is available.

Personal Property Claim Administration
Claims including the administration of self-funded personal property programs can be provided.

Other Servies
As needed when recognized by AJG-A&AI and the Sending Community at large. Call AJG-A&AI and we can discuss what your specific need may be, as you are Serving around the World.
