Claim Notification

In order for Adams & Associates International© to begin consideration and processing of your claim, it is necessary for you to complete a claim form specific to the type of claim that you have.

You may request a claim form by contacting our Claims Department by phone at 800-922-8438 or 803-758-1400, or by e-mail at aaiclaims@ajg.com. Please advise us the type of claim (Medical or Property) when requesting the claim form.

Please Note: Claims are not deemed received by voice mail, fax or e-mail requests until you have written confirmation from an AAI-AJG Claims Department staff member.

If you have not received your requested claim form within 48 hours of submission, please contact us again.
